Why STS was chosen:
In order to cope with the challenges the company was facing, STS proposed an entirely virtual blended-learning PMP® preparation training. The training consists of virtual classrooms which occur once a week during 6 weeks. Each one is dedicated to specific themes according to PMI®, but also with inputs from the trainer who has over 15 years of experience in not only teaching, but especially also leading projects and therefor is able to give the necessary “real-life” aspects. The trainer has a crucial role in assessing the candidates’ weaknesses and pushing them in order to obtain the certification in the shortest time possible. On top of the virtual classrooms, candidates receive access to our Learning Management Platform, where they have an e-Learning course and an exam simulator. Both are accessible 24/7 and are an important learning support. One of the key success factors of the training is also the so called “active help”, where candidates can benefit from personalized one-to-one conversations with the trainer in order to deepen certain subjects and eliminate all doubts regarding the exam.
